Hello,
That's my EVO on there. It has a special additive in the paint so that it changes between blue and purple. It looks much better in real life. The valve cover was simply removed and painted. It matches the purple shade that it shifts to. The blue hoses match the blue shade the exterior shifts to...
I'll try to get some more photos and an engine shot when it's a little more done.
It basically has:
RMR IC pipes
Pruven IC, P/S Cooler, Fan
HKS 272/272
HKS Cam Gears
HKS 3037S
Siemens 900 cc/min.
AEM Standalone
Custom Intake
Jet Hot coated everything
HKS SSQV
Pruven regulator
etc.

It isn't pearl, although some of that and some dye is in the paint. The color shifting material comes in certain specifications. For example, that paint has "blue-to-red" and "cyan-to-purple". You can also get several different "colors" that shift to gold. Gold is fairly easy.
