Damn... Evo Vs everywhere! I'm jealous. I'd take the yellow even though it's yellow. It's nice and clean and just looks great. Man.. I'd buy the yellow V, the white V, the other white V and the skyline for the weekends.

 

Aren't the Skylines like the Mustang of Japan? From what I've been told (not sure if it's true or not) that the GTR's are similar in amount to the Cobra's here? True??

 

They seem cheap to, under 10k u.s. each. I'd get a v and baby that *****!

 

You guys don't realize how overrated Skylines really are. There are so many of them and all the models look alike: the GT, GTS and GTR all look alike. Kind of like the new Lancers and the Evo X. If all you saw out in the streets are 08/09 Lancers; Would you get an Evo X?

I personally just don't like yellow. Just a little too flashy.

All the Evo's are going for around $8,000. A lot of these have a lot of aftermarket parts though.

 

Evo though they are cool I think those year evo's are ugly as hell.

 

Yeh, I never was much a fan of the Evo 5. How sweet would it be if you could find a Evo 1 in good condition? They're a little old but man they look good and started it all.

 

There are a few Evo II's and III's for sale, but I really want an Evo V.

Reasons for wanting to get an Evo:

1. I have an Evo in the States and I know what it can do.

2. As far as JDM performance cars, Evo's and STi's are probably the rarest cars out here.

3. Since most of my Marines and friends don't/can't drive, I need a car with 4 doors.

4. I want something I can brag about on EvoM without going off-topic (an Evo).

 

So what's the equivalent price of those in dollars? Overrated or not, I'm throwing my vote in for the Skyline. I do like that black IV too though

 

Just get an MR2 and call it a day.

 

WOW i read your first thread and i was so not impressed then i decieded to look at this one boy or boy. That car lots is just crazy cool. i enjoyed the pics seriously. if you can go to more lots and get pics that would be great. love seeing stuff like that and yes the skyline was clean but you have a point the skyline is like the mustang here. no matter where you go they are all over sooo why do you want to be a follower step out the trend and get something else. I think the whole hype on the skyline is you dont see them often at all in america so everybody is like oh get that. Kudos for you saying no to that. As for the evo i was not really a fan of the older versions until now never really got to see interior shots of them but after seeing your pics the interior looks really nice and i love how most of them are modded but its all on price you know. not to mention your going to have to find a good paint shop good preformace shop out where your at that you can trust to get work done. so may want to scout the area first and see whats around you before you buy any preformace car. Post more pics of lots if you can intresting to see how the other sides car lots are set up also some interior shots of the building would be cool to see good luck in your quest
