Unfortunately I won't have money for significant modifications for quite some time. Any ideas for affordable improvements are welcomed

 

Welcome fellow Theta Chi brother. Best bang for the buck would be a tune. This will yield better gas mileage and obviously a bit more power. For around $1500 you could look at a TBE, MBC and a tune.

 

Significant mods... How about Turbo timer, shorty antenna or tint.

What are your wants/needs/goals for the car??

If your looking for just a fun daily driver, i'd go with intake, full exhaust, boost controller, and a tune. That will give you a ton of power over stock, be very reliable and fun as hell to drive.

Or you could go the other route and get a bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pump, cams, etc. etc. and have some REAL fun

 

Turbo back exhaust, tune, intake, shorty antenna, CF exhaust heat shield, seat lowering brackets, CF interior trim pieces etc. are all pretty cheap mods. I personally recommend some DIY headlights and JDM sidemarkers. Maybe lowering springs. I could go on forever ha
