Had my headliner, pillars and visors done in Alcantara. Car sits outside and no fading in over 2 years. Really gets rid of the "cheap" feeling of the lancer headliner and visors.

Nice job.

This is going to sound odd.....but whats the big deal with black suede headliners? And I ask this with no disrespect intended. I bought my car with black suede headliner and ABC pillars and everyone who see's it freaks out. I've never understood why its so desired in the Evo community. I think it looks good but if I didn't buy the car this way I would've never thought about spending the money

Look at the upper-half of an evo interior. Its the ugly tan/beige color. Why would you want a black bottom half, and then the upper half in tan? It looks ugly, doesnt flow well, and REALLY takes away from the interior i think. A Suede, or just Black in general headliner really adds alot to the car. Look at a porshe, or any high end car. Suede...its higher class and spices up the interior.

I believe there is a UV protectant to treat it with.. I know they make it for fabric on boats.. If that works it should stay perfect.. My 2006 M5 has suede pillars and hasnt faded so it must be treated somehow..

Yes both BMW and Porsche come with all Black suede headliners and pillars and it really does make it look much classier..
