Not sure how good of an idea it is to coat your radiator and intercooler with paint. Can't help cooling. Hope you didn't put it on very thick.

To quote someone else on an automotive engineering forum.. "We painted the air to air intercoolers, grill mounted, to match the color of the race car just for drill and it made no measurable difference in intake air temp"

But just to be sure, yes, I only did 1 coat of paint.

I clear coated both the calipers and the wheels before and after the decals. I got the decals online through a seller on eBay. I can send you his information if you want ?.

Yes, and it has already, but it touches up easily. It's only on the visible front of the inter-cooler, the metal in-between the blades that gets the majority of the air-flow is still un-touched. Maybe one day I'll get the black MR light clusters, after I looked into painting the existing ones, it sounds like too much hard work.

Thanks for the input guys. I obviously dis-agree with some of you about the inter-cooler and radiators. It's perfectly safe to paint the visible front, the majority of the surface area of the metal blades throughout are untouched. The key is not to hinder air-flow, which it isn't doing, therefore will make hardly any difference to the intake temperature.

Its actually a kind of satin-black, gives it a nice dark black tone. Especially with the VHT clear coat on the calipers. IMO.
