Sunny Apex Evo 8 Pics

Just some pics I snapped throughout the day today. Wanted to show the Brembo Re-Paint, along with my newly wetsanded/polished driver headlight. Headlight used to be cloudy/yellow/hazy, and now looks brand new!

Still has a long way to go, but it's getting there!

I envy your weather!! Snows here like every three days...car looks great. As far as the headlights looks like you did a great job. I need to polish and sand mine. I have a small crack/ circular blemish on my driver headlight I need to take care of. What grit did you use?

Thanks man. I used 600/1000/1500/2000, wetsanding of course. Then I used a 6" Rotary Polisher, using Meguiar's Plastx Clear Plastic Polish (great stuff!!!)

Worked like a charm. You should've seen the headlight before, I thought it was a goner. Now, the driver headlight looks amazing, literally brand new, like it's never seen sunshine before.

Yeah the whole meguires line of products is always win. I have like all of thier stuff lol. But thanks for the info on what to use. I almost became lazy and bought a new one from Mitsubishiparts.net. But for the driver side headlight on a MR it's like $450.00. When I finally get time this summer I'm going to try this and while I'm at it paint the headlight housing flat black.

Yup, I painted the headlights myself. Let me know if you need any help when you do yours!
