Metal Floor Mats?

Hello,

I'm sick and tired of cleaning my floor mats and always being worried about my floor mats. Therfore I have considered installing some metal floor mats, since my car has already a roll cage installed I think it will look really nice too. I have seen a couple of pictures of them installed, but I can't find them anywhere...

Please if any of you can post some pictures or send me a link with pictures and/or where to buy them I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

very light...they are made out of diamond plate aluminum...I would say probably 2 pounds for front and rear....should be lighter weight than the oem carpet mats

personally i think thats a terrible idea. They wont hold fluids and will be slippery when wet. I can see those causing an accident very easily.

Lol guys, I just want some good floormats which I don't have to bust my *** cleaning them and worrying if they get stained... I like the rubber mat idea, but they look like they are ready to be installed on my grandma's car... Atleast the ones I've seen... Any of you guys have a good rubber mat alternative?

Make sure those metal floor plates are fastened properly. Hit too much boost and they might fall off. It's a common issue with Eclipses.
