Installing carbon side skirt extensions?

Assuming they just bolt up to the OEM side skirt bolt points... do you have to use the 3M tape to keep it up?

Also where is comes to lowered cars with them on, can the car be jacked up with the scissor jack or any jack at the jacking points?

And finally, any potential issues regarding driving (eg autocross) that could damage em?

Yeah I know I didn't really want to post it as a techincal question and I know the show and shine you discuss bodykits and exterior...

If it's the wrong forum mods please place it in the correct section.

install super easy. Unscrew 6 or so factory screws, reinstall with carbon plate. You don't have to use the 3m and I didn't on mine. Jacking it should be fine.

Just a heads up. If your car is lowered with the side skirt extensions it will be a pain in the *** to jack up with a floor jack. Drive the car up on 2 2x4s stacked on each other. Make life much easier.

I used the 3M with mine. No issues. I jack my car up from the front or back. if it needs to be jacked up on the sides then I'use some blocks to raise it up

Cool. Installed them today and they are a nice addition. Now I have to keep remembering to not step on the bloody thing everytime I exit the car...

Thanks to Derek @ Rexpeed

For all of you runnin rexpeed side skirts...were yours uneven looking? I just received mine haven't put them on my car since it's in the shop but for some reason the part were the screw holes are look very uneven almost poor quality on the cutting part however the carbon fiber part looks great...not sure if they are suppose to be like that or not...anyone care to chime in?

Mine didnt look 'amazing' around the holes . But wernt overly shoddy.... I mean the carbon wasnt broken or anything so no issues at all.
