As far as functionality the only thing I ever felt the yellow fogs were ever good for was dense fog, looking like every other import ricer and drawing attention to yourself if you were ever using them when it wasn't foggy. My HID fogs have been great in the rain and on back roads and there will never be a problem with anyone seeing me that's for sure. I just wanted something I could get routine use out of. I drive in fog about 3-5 times a year.

Yellow Hid fogs look sick on evos. I guess I am a ricer because I would always have them on for night driving.

Hey 4xforce, I've been debating on doing this as a weekend project. I haven't messed with headlights before other than replacing bulbs but I really want to swap out the fogs for a set of HIDs and I really like the way you have yours.

Is 55w & 9005 bulb type the setup you have? and did you need the HID Harness, error eliminator, or adaptor cables?

Thanks in advance.
