Gilbert's 612 WHP, E-85 FP Black, Rush Group Detailing photoshoot/First Pull Video

Hello Everyone

So one of my dreams has finally come true. It's been 7 years since I've owned this car and I can finally say, I have plenty of power to keep me happy for years.

Some of you have been following my car from this thread where it made 612WHP and 540 Torque.

AMS Tuned FP Black on E85 612WHP Mustang Dyno Pull

Here is a quick Dyno Graph for a quick reference.

Well my car has been touched by several people and has been in different garage spaces for over 1 1/2 years without being moved. Now that the car was put together, I decided it needed some much deserved Love and attention.

There is no other better shop I can recommend for a professional detail than Rush Group Detailing here in St. Charles.

Not only did they do a phenomenal job on the exterior and rejuvenated the leather interior but I got a sweet mini-photo shoot afterwards just for being a customer.

I wanted to share some before and after pics with you. Enjoy.

Some New shots of my Eva after her new detail:

Additionally Rush Group Detailing is now offering the In-Dash Gauge modification.

Here is an image of what it looks like:

Some of you have asked what the rear of the car looks like so here are a few of those shots: Note These 2 shots where taken over a year ago right before it went under the knife.

Here is a shot of my popular Self-Built and Custom Dash Modified Car PC.

My videos were deleted because I can't follow the rules about street racing and other idiocy on public roads.

In all I want to thank everyone that came together to make my car a reality. (In order that I visited them)

Adam from DevoTuning - For taking the motor out of the car and helping me throughout the years.

Strictly Modified - For putting the car back together.

AMS- For finishing up the final details of the car, Troubleshooting and doing an amazing tune on the car.

Justin at Rush Group Detailing in St. Charles - For putting so much attention to detail and shinning my car to utter eye candy perfection, as well as powder-coating my wheels and installing my In-Dash Oil Pressure Gauge. Also the seats not only look 100% better but they feel so much smoother and revitalized. You have to feel it yourself to understand what I am talking about.

MAPerformance- and Buschur Racing For amazing Parts and Service from both of these Vendors, And especially David Buschur for always hosting an awesome DSM/Evo Shootout Year after Year. Which is my main motivation for this car.

And Finally my dear Friends Steve Roque, Justin Rush, Rich Molina, Robert Lebron, Andrew Chavez, Jeremy Sierra, Kunal, the entire Nameless Crew, and everyone that had their input to where the car is today.

I especially want to thank my Fiance Grace Tan who without her support and man-engagement of a trans and motor parts this wouldn't have been possible. Love you babe.

good stuff.. if those guys in the car think that hits early they should feel it in a 2.3-2.4L.. my needle takes off by 3500rpm. whats the most you rode it out to so far? since its a 2L and all.. you gonna take it out to around 8500-9000?

also just a heads up you posted the same picture twice for the engine bay detailing.

and i really like that autometer oil pressure gauge in that location.. that makes me wanna mount mine up there.. that is a great idea.. oil pressure is super important.

also great move on the crankcase ventilation system.. your engine is thanking you in many ways for that also.

Awesome car man.. stay safe with it. AWD or not.. they are still very dangerous.

Thank you for the compliments.. I've fixed the engine pic already as someone else noted it. I plan to take it out to about 9K, simply because power starts to dip after that.. but this motor can easily Rev to 10K.

In response to the car being dangerous.. I posted this on my facebook Status.

I have one word to describe my car..
Respect!
I respect the power it makes, I respect how easily things can take a turn for the worse, I respect that it needs my full attention and to simply respect it with my life.

I think that sums up your and my feelings about it nicely.

Stock Head too.. Hey, if it's holding all that power and not breaking up.. why put more money into it.

I did think about upgrading the coils.. but considering the cost of them.. and the fact that the power the car is making on stock coils are holding up fine.. Why upgrade? It's not misfiring or anything..

You should look into a used set of the Spoolinup COP's. They are like $300. Cheaper than the sparkech, but should give you better piece of mind that you have a more efficient spark.

Congrat's on the build man, kinda wish I could have felt the black on the 2.0L, and really revved it out. But then again, my 2.3/black combo was beastly. I did 599hp/576tq @ 29psi on E85. No where near maxing the turbo out and made the car a monster.

Cheers!

Spoolinup would be a great choice for you gil in the future. Unless you wanna go with a cdi kit like sparktech or AMS. I run the AMS ignition and love it
