If the VIN is swapped it can be state "legal" in Indiana but not federally legal; almost the same as the majority of GTR's you see in NJ or Florida. Seems you can register a walrus with wheels over there.

The importation list from the NHTSA is very clear on vehicles you can and cannot import, I just wish this car was on that list. :/

CAR WILL BE GETTING FULLY BUILT BY AWD MOTORSPORTS, I HAVE ALREADY ARRANGED TRANSPORT FOR THE VEHICLE TO FLORIDA.

Car will be Fully Built w/ a Hta3794 and HIGH BOOST

Cant Wait to TURN HEADS AT THE SHOOTOUT THIS YEAR
