My carbon fiber hood has sun damage it looks like the crap you get on head lights. I use alot of elbow grease to get it out no luck, Is there something i can use to make it go away with out damage to the hood?

More than likely you will need to have the hood sanded lightly (coarse paper gradually moving to the finer papers) & then have a clear coat applied
