Asubennett's Front Facing - Precsion 6266 - powered Evo 9

Hi Everyone,

Strictly Modified wants to share a project we have been working on for the past few weeks. Enjoy!

What it looked like before ..

What it looks like now ..

Took some time and smoothened out the rough edges on the AMS F1.

-Buschur Stg. 3 Short Block 2.0
-SM Built Head w/ Supertech Valve Train and Cosworth M3 Cams
-STM Front Facing Manifold W/ Precision 62/66
-AMS F1
-FIC 2150cc Injectors/ Dual Pumper/ E85
-AEM EMS V1
-Quarter Master 8 Leg

The list goes on and on! We should have the car fired up this week, we are currently fabricating the 02 housing and waiting on a few small parts. Stay tuned for dyno numbers and track times!

I can not thank the entire team at Strictly Modified enough for everything they have poured into this car. They are truly a class act organization.

John Koza - If you want someone turning wrenches on your evo who never cuts corners, always goes the extra mile and most importantly measures twice and cuts once. Koza is the man you want. He has seen just about everything in the Evo world and uses this experience to guide you down the path you want to head down. He also is humble enough to work with the more advanced evo owners. He will listen to ideas and bounce them around with you until a together plan is formulated.

Cisco - This guy makes the shop run. Probably does not get as much credit as he deserves but without him Strictly Modified might not run. He pressures vendors to meet deadlines, he sold old parts for me, shipped old parts for me, and took all of my 10K phone calls graciously and eagerly. He always made me feel comfortable that someone was there to listen to my ideas and shoot them off others, admit when he wasn't sure about something and exercise honesty when things would slip behind schedule. You always know where you stand with this guy.

Lewis - For always answering the phone when Cisco happened to be tied up with one of his hundreds of daily customers. And for the most hillarious collection of facebook posts I have ever seen. You should have a ****lewissaysatstrictlymodified.com web page.

Eric - For employing the team above. For some mean fabricating and welding skills. And for tuning the beast that will be a street car capable of 150 traps.

Big additional thanks to EvoM vendors on this forum as well.

STM - For the most excellent FF manifold, turbo, turbo lines, couplers, valvetrain, coolant can, abs delete, oil cooler, breather fittings and oil. :-) Justin was very easy going and simple to work with. Much appreciated.

Buschur Racing - For the bad *** short block, the power steering relocation kit which as simple as it is might be my favorite part of the build and the double pumper.

TCC - For the incredible valve cover finish

AMS - For the awesome ilooking ntake mani and another thanks to John Koza for cleaning up the crappy rough casting of this manifold. Hint Hint AMS - little more QC on the mani's so the runners are not rough as sandpaper.

FIC - For the new 2150CC injectors

Quartermaster - For the incredibly loud grabby clutch

Dyno Numbers coming next week.

Jason,

It has been a pleasure working with you throughout this build. When the car originally came in I would have never expected it to take the turn that it did and end up in its current state. Im glad that you are happy with the car so far and we expect to see some good solid results from this setup.

I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this car into what it has become, and I look forward to continuing working with you and your car. Hopefully we can get to the dyno soon and shortly after make it out to the track.

Lastly, thankyou for the individual recognition that you gave each of us. A few kind words go a long way and your attitude about everything is truly inspirational.

- Lewis

We need to get the car off the lift washed and give it a proper shoot. It is one of the cleanest 9s I have ever seen
