Hey i wanted to ask the community here where should i go to get an evo 8 (or 9 if it fits the same) rear JDM bumper with the diffuser/fins in the bottom center.

i dont want any peice of sh*t fiber glass/cheap aftermarket body crap stuff, only OEM or high quality stuff.

look in vendor for sale section, i believe lancershop has them for sale.

 

Mitsubishiparts.net has best prices, but only comes in white which is how mitsu sell them nowel. I am fairly convinced that all the other distributers also get them in white, then paint em and charge you for it.

 

color doesnt really matter as im going to be repainting the whole car Graphite Grey, from Apex Silver. I need to get the bumper first and get it all painted at once.

 

I second that, mitsubishiparts.net, Russell over there is the best and you'll get what you need.

I got my JDM bumper in a matter of days nicely packed up.

 

i dont know if your looking for a real jdm 7-8 bumper with a legit diffuser on it or a jdm evo 9 bumper with the oem fake diffuser built in??

if your looking for the 1st then go and look at rexpeed they have a full carbon diffuser that is designed for the oem 7-8 jdm bumper.

 

Hmm i think calling anything rexpeed makes "real" is on the verge of ironic. Btw you can get both bumpers at mitsubishi.net. rexpeed makes decent replica stuff but nothing looks cleaner than an evo ix jdm rear bumper. I doubt the diffuser makes any bit of performance difference in any case.

 

I'm looking for the jdm bumper for my evo 8 mr with the diffuser as well... I'll look on the website suggested to see what I can find. Thanks guys.
