Ok so my spoiler was in need of clear coat bad. So I went to pull it off but the two nuts would just spin and spin. Basically the studs mounted inside the wing were loose. The one of the two bolt broke....after soaking in penetrating oil. (Lol penetrate). So does any one know if I can drill out the robots on the wing to get to the inside to mount new bolts/ studs.

You can indeed drill though the studs if you need to.
