That is damn sexy! I'm afraid it appears to block the Tach...does it? Can't really get a feeling for it without sitting in front of it...very nice though!!!

Thats looks cool, but like mentioned, I think it blocks the tach. None the less, that looks pretty sick.

na, it does not block the tach, you can see the numbers when seated. it just wraps perfectly, so the numbers show from 1k to 9k

2 questions:

1) Do you have any issues with cranking the wheel 180degrees? Does it hit the gauge bezel at all?

2) Where did you drill in the set screws? Front? Side? Back?

Thanks - just curious...

it hits the CF very little, only on the very last crank, nothing im too concerned about every day driving it does not hit at all.

the set screws are mounted to the tabs molded into the CF pod itself, made 2 pilot holes before mounting, and the screws self tapped into the CF underneath.

i got that same gauge pod... the vac line were pretty easy to run. i installed mines in like 45 minutes from start to finish. i don't have any issues with the steerting wheel hittting either. and it doesn't block the tach... and i used double stick tape instead of the set screw.. didn't trust them goining into the guage pod.

Nice , As far seein the tach.....who the heck needs to see the tach . Just listen to your engine .

Sucks that you have to drill holes. Doesn't 3M double sided tape work? Or does the pod not sit that flush?
