Are Clay Bar Rags Any Good?

Has anyone here used one of these clay detailing rags before? I hear they are supposed to cut down clay bar time by quite a bit. If you have used them, how do you clean off the specs of dirt off? On a clay bar you usually just fold it over but that doesn't seem possible with this.

I was looking at this one (if you know of a better feel free to share it)
