Opinion on new Brembo caliper color? Evo 9 MR

Looking for your thoughts/ideas on caliper color on my Evo 9 MR.

Wicked White on Bronze Volk RE30... calipers are "red" now but extremely faded.

Thoughts on colors to go with this scheme? Cell phone photo attached...

Lime Green?
Stay with Red?
What else would stand out and go with this color scheme?

Thanks!

Red would be my top choice. Teal or Lime green would stand out more.

Other colors that would stand out are gold, bright purple, and yellow.

Has ANYONE ever found a paint tough enough to handle the heat of track duty?

It's dependent on how many coats you use.

1. Wash and decontaminate the brake calipers of brake dust.
2. Sand down the surface to be painted with 220-320 grit sandpaper. (this helps when applying the paint as it will bond to the caliper better.)
3. Heat up the calipers with a heat gun or paint on a hot day. Helps the paint stick and dry faster.
4. Use engine enamel paint. Available at most auto parts stores and a large variety of colors are available.
5. Spray 3-4 coats at the minimum. Spray more coats if you want it to last longer.
6. Buy brembo decals and stick them on if you want those.
7. Spray High Temp Clear Engine Enamel over the decal. This will help keep the decal intact.

I helped a friend paint his. Its done well.

I'll look into it, thank you. The heat just kills the oem paint.
**edit: looks like the paint is found to 500°F. I don't know if that will work.

RED! Original red, can't go wrong. Many other colors are going to look 'busy' with those color rims!

From my professional experience, powder paint has the highest temp resistance than liquid paint.

Color also makes a difference because of the clear coat reaction to heat is more visible depending on the color underneath.

BTW I choose Red, top fav color

I would do silver with red letters or maybe in gold with red or black letters. If you go with red go with a deep cherry red and white letters..

this guy here used to be a vendor here. I am sending my calipers off to him to have them redone as I do not want to do a DIY project only to have to redo it again.

You can high temp powder coat the calipers. Unfortunately the colours are limited, but its lasts. I can't see paint holding up to track use.
