I am currently the test car owner for someone who makes custom vinyl overlay kits. His work is amazing and can be found on BlueBatmobile.com. Vinyl overlays are a cheap and non-permanent alternative to buying jdm parts or painting. Things that he can do for our cars is redding out the tails, smoking the tails/headlight/turnsignals/sidemarkers, ambering the turn signal, and various headlight covers.

I'm wondering if there is an interest in this, and what particular styles are desired. Some ideas

 

I'd be interested in red overlays for my stock tails......

 

Cool. It should look like this painted taillight, but is completely reversible. And there could be the option of smoking the clear turn signal on the bottom. Its going to look sweet.

I ran into him on a Celica board when I had my 2000 GT-S (traded it in for my Evo in Oct of '03...)

 

I'd be interested in seeing the redout tails... however, he needs to get some pics up of our car before he's going to sell anything.
