New front end and CF splitter Q's
 

i am currently looking at the Chargespeed Frontend for my Evo, and have always wanted the APR CF wind splitter. here are the pics of them, and i want to know if they are compatable. will they fit together? was the CF splitter made for stock aplications? on the new front bumper cover, can i still have some kind of underspoiler like the stock splash shield?
