how come some drops with like tanabe springs will rub with 18x8.5 245 spec tires, but some of your guys' cars seem slammed with coilovers and 18x9s and don't rub

Correct me if i'm wrong , but I thought the Tanabe springs had a more "agressive" drop in the front. Where as a coilover system you can obviously adjust the height accordingly to your rim/tire setup.

I think tire brand/model will help too, as some tires have a wider sidewall then others even if they are the same size
