Pic Request: Apex Silver Evo's w/ a Good Wax Job

Pic Request:

I am having a hard time trying to get a good shine on my Apex Silver Evo VIII. I want to see some pics of Apex Silver evos with a good wax job to see if its me, the wax, or the car color.

Post away!!!

Don't have any pics, but I know one thing for certain...wax it three times a day over two weekends...then pm me with the results. IT WILL AMAZE YOU! One wax job does not cut it..

Yeah, I have done 8 coats with polish and sealant over the past 2 days and it looks pretty good, but it could be better

Washing your car and throwing wax on your car doesn't make it shine...

Wash
Clay
Compound (With wheel)
Swirl Remover (With wheel)
Glaze (With wheel)
Wax (By hand)

Try that.

By the way, the wax IS the sealent for the rest of the above. You don't seal the wax.

Zaino Brothers. Simply the best. Call them and ask anything about detailing.

this was done with menzerna products topped with pinnacle souveran. took about 6 hours start to finish (wash/clay/wash/dry/fp2/glaze/fmj/souveran). i used to like Zaino brothers products, but they make your paint start to look like plastic. to each his own on that, there are only so many actual wax and polish manufacturers in the world

I use Zymol creame http://www.zymol.com/waxchart.htm. It designed for light colored cars. I'll also use HD-Cleanse to treatment if I have the time.
