let me try to answer these questions for you wes~
for the black corners effects....u can do it on photoshop while editing RAW...or...u can stack couple UV filters so makes the wall taller in order to block some light at the wide angle end of the lens and u'll get this effect..........
and i dun think he used a fisheye in pic 9....itz just a regular zoom lens...i think he used a 17mm focal length on that~ ^^
