Thats sick,
I wanted to put the gate out the top like that with my build, what about rain? |
Once the car is up to temperature the dump tube should be hot enough to to evaporate any water that might fall on/in it. I try not to drive it in the rain too much anyway.
If I park it somewhere and I know theres a chance of rain, im fabbing up a little metal cover to slip over it :-) |
nice build, it should be a beast!!!!!
|
what was your guys time frame from the first pic to the finished product... looks like everything came together quick but pictures don't have times! haha.
and what the heck is that lip doing there. you accidently left your roid pills open for your home depot lip to have. looks cool if its flexable for any bumps and stuff... reading>me... since december. good work and pretty quick in my books. |
Nice build!
I'm curious, is that a volvo lip on the evo? I used to have one of my old EP3, I've never seen one on an evo though. :D |
I can't remember the last time I saw that many pairs of skinny jeans in one place. lol
Looks like good progress. |
^^ deets on the lip.
|
Im lookin at a similar catch can setup as yours. Im guessing you got rid of the pcv valve?
|
Yup, no more pvc and blocked off the intake manifold
|
Smokestack dump ftw!
|
And pluming it back into the intake for a positive scavenging effect
|
Ok so the third opening on the catch can is going to be routed onto the intake before the turbo? Is the can vented as well?
|
Correct, no It is a completely sealed setup.
