Varis bonnet for evo ix difference?

I 'm looking for a varis bonnet for my evo ix.
On the varis homepage we have two different versions, but they look the same.
Can someone the difference between the two versions explain ?

I think the first hood, the body of the hood is made of FRP but the vents/fins are carbon fiber, while the second hood is complete carbon fiber.

the first one is carbon with no rain guard.

the second one is version 2 which comes with a rain guard cover. you can get this in frp or carbon.

if you get the first one, and buy the rain guard you will have to drill the holes to attach the rain guard, but you can get a version 1 frp and buy carbon rain guards if you wanted{thumbup}:mitsu::beer::beer::beer:
