Thumbs up Goodyear Blizzacks

I just bought the used ones in the section of private for sale items. Someone asked in the forum how these tires are in the winter. I PM'ed this reply:
I don't have the obligatory 50 posts so I can't reply to your question about about how well these tires are in the snow. I just bought these, I had them on an Audi S4 and I could do 60 mph + in 6 inches of snow without loosing traction, drive on ice, and pass all the 4 x 4's at the bottom of the hill in my neighborhood when there was 4 to 8 inches of snow. Does that answer your question about how they are in the snow!

This also implies what I think of the obligatory 50 post rule!

Bridgestone makes Blizzaks, not Goodyear...

I would have to say after owning both blizzaks and dunlop graspics, which by the way are a bit cheaper I would have to say that I like the dunlops better. Same snow/ice traction better feel on dry pavement.

Goodyear? are we driving chevys??
