Will 05/06 5X114.3 BBS STI wheels fit EVO?

Anyone done it? I sold the STI, bought an EVO and kept a set of track wheels.

It's 10:30 and I just wanted someone to say yes or no, so I do have to go jack the car up and swap wheels. Just lazy tonight.

STi's offset is +53

The 2004 STi sports = 17x7.5 Wheels
The 2005-2006 STi sports=17x8 Wheels

i dont think you can use the sti's wheels(offsets) 48+

evo's have an offset of 38, i believe, compared to the sti's

correct me if im wrong but doesn't offsets deal with caliper/wheel clearences?

the offset is not the problem. You cannot fit the sti wheels on the evo because the bore diameter is too small. Ask me how I know...i tried. It's a damn shame because I could've had a great deal on sti rims.

This question has been asked a bunch of times. No they won't fit. Offset is way off.

you can do it. Ive heard of people doing it. It takes a little work though like you have to grind out the hub of the wheel and get spacers
