Stock BBS Evo IX MR Offset

What is the Stock BBS IX MR Wheel Offset?

Also, how is everyone fixing their speedo, etc...when they run larger wheels and tires?

Been beaten to death a million times man lol. Its an 8 inch rim, you can run a 255/40/17 if you like. Or you can stick to a 245 size tire.

+38 is the offset for all Evo stock rims.

I don't know anyone who has bothered to recalibrate their speedo. I have 3 sets of rims/tires, all of which are different sizes, and I don't think twice about it.

I am trying to figure out offset then, and I am really confused. If i run an 18 x 9 35mm offset, why will it need spacers if I am currently running 38mm.

Because you can't go by the offset alone. You have to go by the design and size of the rim. 18X9s are much bigger than 17X8s.

255/45 is not right. I think you mean 255/40, and yes, that can be run without rubbing depending on the wheel and offset.

Plus the offset will change depending on width.

Back from the dead. Are you all sure the width of the MR BBS's is only 8", not 8.5? What is weight?
