We recommend that high performance tires be rotated every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, even if they don't show signs of wear. Tire rotation can often be done with oil change intervals while the vehicle is off the ground anyway. Tire rotation helps even out tire wear by allowing each tire to serve in as many of the vehicle's wheel positions as possible. Remember, tire rotation can't correct wear problems due to worn mechanical parts or incorrect inflation pressures. It's also important to check your owner's manual for specific details on what method of tire rotation the vehicle's manufacturer recommends.

Well, we haven't tested the stock Advans/A046D against others like the S-03, Pilot Sport, etc. Reason being is that tire is produced and tuned specifically for the EVO. Its almost a specialty tire that no one else purchases. Therefore, it would be hard to compare a one of a kind tire to other mass produced for the general market.

Personally, I would say its one of the stickiest tires in its class. For dry weather grip and handling I belive its one of the nicest tires for the car. However, the S-03 and other tires similar to it have a better balance of tire wear, ride comforts, and longevity.

Where the Yoko focuses primarly on dry handling and nothing else, other max performance tires try to give the best of all worlds. It really depends on what you want out of the tire
