Evo X wheel lock nuts - Is it safe to use this type?

Hello,

I'm about to buy a set of wheel locks for my BBS rims, but unfortunately the importer here only has the conical types, not the one with a flat base as in the photo, the original wheel nut..

Below is probably not a lock nut but just a replacement tuner nut, but the nut on the right is the original one which has a flat bottom, and the one on the left is conical, probably 60 degrees.

The locked wheel nuts that i can buy as of now have a bottom right as the one on the left, 60 degrees conical. Is it safe to use wheel nut locks this type? Any danger to demage the wheel, or a probabilty to come off?
EDIT: This is the exact type i can buy:

No, those aren't for your stock wheels.
