Tire shaving needed?

Tire shaving needed?
I had to replace one of my four tires on my wheels and the tread depth different for the new tire is 2/32". Is this a big enough variance in depth that I should get the tire shaved?
I am having trouble finding someone to shave the tire so I am asking this.
Thanks

I asked this before but no one answered. I read that FAQ before and I don't understand why 4 extra revolutions a mile would matter. I mean you do about that just taking a right turn. Can anyone answer this? I understand getting new tries in pairs and the same type/brand but why all 4 new ones or a shaved one?
