XXR 527 wheel/tire fitment help!

Hi guys,
Can you let me know if these wheels/tires will fit my car. Ive asked a few times in the wheel fitment thread but havent heard back. I am looking at getting XXR 527 18 18x9.75 5x100 5x114.3 +20 wheels in FLAT BLACK with Federal 595 rs tires 245-35-18s. My rear fenders are rolled. And I am going to be putting on Fortune Auto 500 Coilovers. Any vendors or members that can help I appreciate it! Also, if you are a vendor and you have these wheels or tires please let me know I havent purchased them just yet! Here's a pic of what I want my car to sit like.

Clarify what car you drive. M3? Evo 8-9? EvoX? X is an easy fitment. I don't know about the rest.

Oh haha. Works computer blocks it! I checked it out on my iphone. Car looks great man What are you lowered on? Maybe all I would need is the 8.75s then. Seems to fit well.

Keep in mind that the 8.75s are much less concave.

My .02 Only. I think its doable, but you may need more than just a roll. +20 is not a good offset & unless youre willing to do a rear fender pull & maybe a bumper bolt re-locate, I would steer clear of those
You noted, you like the stance of the example. The rear of that car is way too high which is a pretty good indicator that they do not fit. Probably rubs!!!

Guys get tired of seeing this pic, but if you cant get the wheel/tire to do this, then it just dont fit

Yeah they do fit.....Just!
I have them on my IX. Im running same tyre size 245/35-18 Kuhmo KU-36.
There is plenty of room at the front rear is tight. I have rolled rear guards. I took the coilover out to measure and had 2-3mm clearance between wheel and guard. There is ~1mm clearance to the tyre. You need to move the bolt in rear guard back that holds on rear bumper on too.

I would upload a pic if i knew how. New to the forum.
