Rear brakes squeaks

My rear brakes squeaks when Im slowly coming to stop. Anyone else have this problem or knows how to get rid of them? I have 03 Evo

Make sure youre running the angled shims between the pad & piston & in the correct direction. Had the same issue years ago

I had a rear doing exactly the same thing a year ago. All I did was pull the brake down, clean everything, used the angle shims correctly as stated above, lubricated and assembled. It has been quiet since.
