Grinding noise! Help!

Grinding noise! Help!

After replacing all 4 pads and resurfacing my rotors there's a loud grinding noise. When I hit the brakes the sound gets louder. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

Make sure you did not put a pad on backwards.

^^^Sure hope this didnt happen, but I have a work associate that did just that

Check the dust shields to ensure they are not rubbing the rotor (ive done that mistake myself
