wheel spec question

hey guys just a noob question here, but wondering the best wheel specs for 235/40/18 tyres? im hoping to get a little more poke to what i have now however i dont want to have to worry about guard rolling or spaces or anything like that.

You can look for wheels in this spec: 18x9 +35 / 18 x 8.5 +35

or why not consider the EvOX wheel = 18x8.5 +38 (i ran that wheel using a 255/35 on stock rear fenders)

im actually running evo x wheels at the moment from previous owner lol, looking to switch to something like te37s, rays gram lights or maybe some enkei rpf1s
ive heard 9.5 wide is god as well ( 18x9.5) but really unsure on what offset to run

You will have to keep the offset in the high 30's w/the 9.5" wide wheel if you dont want to roll the guards. I.e. 18x9.5 +38

ended up going 18x9+22
had to get some rear guard rolling done, and may have to get around to a slight camber adjustment for the front as well.

went with rays gram lights gloss black, happy overall and there sitting pretty much right where I wanted, but feel like I just need to get used to the black with gg haha
