Help with rotor problem?

Hi guys, got A lil problem with my brakes (did rotors&pads) about 3 weeks ago, but for some reason the inner of the rotor goes "untouched" by the pad kinda see rust for about a inch outer edge seems perfect inner edge doesn't touch :/

Piston stuck? air in system? I'm lost.

anything specific I should look for? thanks!

With someone in the car, I would have them pump the brakes while you inspect using a flash light at the caliper. See if you can see the inner pad movement

If not, Yes, do a bleed. Hopefully thats all it is

If not, we will have to dig deeper!

Pads are hawks hp street btw, te rotor facing the engine is completely clean, re-bled the system noting took out the pads you can see the inner spot where it's not having contact with the rotor :/

Images are easy to post. Click on the icon that looks like a mountain. Go to wherever the picture file is on your computer and click it.
