hotchkis and alignment question

I have just installed hotchkis springs and took it to the mitsu dealer for an alignment. the dealer is telling me that the camber cannot be adjusted since it was lowered....anyone else have any ideas on this?
I am looking for specs to take to the dealer and tell them what to align it to.

thanks

.04 toe -.02

left rear right
-1.1 camber -1.0
.04 toe .13
the car pulls to the left all the time...

Scott, your biggest mistake is taking it to the dealer for an alignment I think the SCCA guys get a deal at the Apple Commercial Tire so you may want to try there and see if they can do it. Second suggestion, talk to vtsnake (ray I believe) on the Utah post he does alignments and seems to know his stuff.

yea, I know, but with this car, don't want to take it to any "sure, we can align that car...what did you say it was again?" shop, so I thought that the dealer would help....
the mitsu dealer here is pretty good to work with in the service department..
HORRIBLE to purchase from..
we do all of our semi tire work with commercial at work..will check with them..maybe a deal

anyone have any thoughts on alignment specs??

hahaha thats the dealer for ya. they don't like messing with anything that's not stock!

camber can still be adjusted but possibly not enough for their liking. have they done it yet? and how much they charging? i guess since i've been bombarded with alignment ??? i guess i should start doing them on the side for you evo junkies. tell me what you guys think i should charge for my "custom" evo alignment and maybe i'll start doing them.

any thoughts on what it should be?
not interested in a full autocross setup, just something that will keep the tires wearing evenly.....

first off the camber side to side should be fairly equal. they aren't even close. i need to know how you drive to tell you where to set it for even tire wear. right now as it sits, if you drive like a granny you'll still eat up the inside edge of your tires. according to your numbers up front, that'll make your car pull to the left as you said. personally those numbers are phucked up. if the mitsu dealer did that alignment, they need to send their tech back to school.

but "they're within the green lights" was the response I received......

I use my car mostly for highway commuting, and occasional around-town driving..auto-x'ed once, might again, but don't see that happening more than once a year. drive the car mostly for the pleasure of driving it. occasionally like to hit a twisty road, but will never push the car to the limits it is capable of.....

bwhhahahaahhahahahahaaaaa! green lights ! lol! i never use the "green lights" thats just within the factory specs. you can ask anyone that doesn't drive their cars hard how their tires are wearing. regardless of green light or not they should've made the camber even.

back to the initial question, going to see the alignment guys at commercial tire at lunch today. thoughts on where it should be?
would like to wait until I get to slc and seek advice there, but don't want to drive that far on the tires and lose more miles...
