Same as in the Japanese Evolution magazine.
There is an Evo owner here that put in the wrong position, I think he has a blue Evo 8. I will try to find him.

originally they were put in wrong (I know the car you are talking to) - his shop ended up correcting it (he does not ahve the car anymore though)
