I looked but couldnt find anything, my question is, do I need anything to make them fit on my evo8 as far as spacers, or do they just bolt right up? I have 5zigens fn10...and tried to install my bbs's but when they went on they were loose on the wheel studs. Any help please?

Thats weird, i put them on without the lug nuts and they wobbled a lot. On my 5zigens they are a perfect fit and they dont wobble.

 

are the lugnuts a proper fit in the BBS wheels?

Also i know some aftermarket wheels come with a ring (hubcentric ring i think they call it?) that u put on ur hub and then mount the wheels over that, maybe you need that ring?

 

They do wobble a bit until you get a couple of the lug nuts seated. When I first got the car, I made the mistake of tightening before making sure the nut was correctly nested in the wheel hole. The result was some minor damage to the wheel. If your not paying attention, it's possible to have the lug nut catch the inside edge of the wheel and not pass all the way through it. When you start to tighten, it feels OK at first, then like there’s some minor resistance. The resistance is the lug nut eating into your $900 BBS wheel. Since it's aluminum, it's soft, and as such, is easy to mash. I learned this the hard way the first week I had the new MR. I wanted to start off right by waxing my wheels with P21 Carnauba wax. Instead I mangled a couple of the wheel holes as I just kept tightening with my Snap On torque wrench. I guess I'm glad I wasn't using shop air.

you have to use those lugs that are pointed. the tip looks like this (like the stock lugs I think) : \_/

 

I don't have any experience with the MR BBS', but every other set of BBS' I've owned/seen uses a ball seat lug, not a conical lug.

To the OP, that looks really loose to me (like the studs are too narrow?), but again I have no experience with the MR BBS' and I'm new to the Evo scene in general, so take my words with a grain of salt :P
