Gold Sti BBS rims on an evo!

I am thinking about doing this. I can get ahold of a set pretty cheap and they are really nice. Would this work and would it look cool or retarted? If anyone has pics..post em up.

You know which wheels would look interesting. VW GLIs have BBS 18s, they look kinda like the BBS CHs.

The 03's came with a 5X100 bolt pattern but the 05's came with 5X114.3. Not really sure about the offset but I think its close. Also where does it say STI on the rims?

The 05 and 06 Sti's are 5x114.3 with a 53 offset. Therefore, the bolt pattern will work however the offset may not. I bet they would look good on a white or black evo.

Since when is putting BBS rims on your car a discrace?

Is it because it came off an sti? Get over it.

I believe you would need about a 35 offset to make this work. I'm not sure if there is a spacer that'll work for this and if there is I'd just make sure there isn't wheel bearing issues since this can place an extra load on them. Just my .02 cents...
