Too much poke bro. I'd cut it down to 10mm spacers and use 215's. (and you still have to roll the fenders to clear at that spec!) I bet you rub horribly like that. Needs moar low bad and I'm not feeling the tezzas at all, but that is one clean Evo 4 shell! Let me know if you wanna sell anything off it! It's hard to come by parts for my car here in the US. I know Evo 4-6's pretty well also so feel free to pm me if you need help with anything! Also, send me some more pics of your car! I'm thinking about a similar color and would like to see the front on yours.

I have 20mm spacers so the 235s will clear the dampers. Without they hit when turning. I need 235s for the grip not the look. I bought the car with 205s and took it to the mountains, i had one tire spinning out around turns and i was getting so much slide they just wouldn't grip at all. 215s just wont do it for me. I didn't start rubbing until I actually took it out for a performance run and realized they rub. They rub just so slightly, not doing much at all. I'm going to roll the fenders this weekend and call it good. Eventually, Ill get some coilovers. Are you saying it really does need lower or being sarcastic as its too low? I don't like how low it is, my rear sits lower than front. I have stock dampers, I have some stock dampers with tien springs installed I just have to put them on the car, I think the stock rear dampers are a bit worn and sagging. The car just ticked 175,000km tonight. What do you want to buy? I can buy you genuine jdm parts here just pm me. I will take more pics. About it being clean. I am hiding the other side, the owner before me hit a pole turning too tight and got white paint transfer and dented the door all in. its not too bad of damage but its ugly. I'm not going to mess around with finding a new door or anything, if I decide I want it gone I'm going to get a full paint job and body work because there is so much other stuff on the car you can't see.

Haha I thought this post was deleted! I was looking at the stanced thread vs the fitment thread. Oops. But yeah, for everyone's reference, to get flush fitment on an Evo 4 you want 17x8 size wheels with +35 at the LOWEST for your offset and no higher than +40. (mines +35) It will poke a little up front and be perfect in the back. For tires you need 215/40/17 or 215/35/17. (I run 215/40/17 on my Mirage which is the same as the Evo 4 chassis) The rear fenders need rolled, but after that you're good. Here's a fitment pic:

(Yes, I know mine needs lower as well)

Weds Sports TC 105N
17x9.5 +32
Hankook Rs-3 255/40/17
Tanabe Springs
No spacers.
rears will need a slight roll. Not rolled at time of pics and barely rubbed under hard cornering load.
Also, haven't had an alignment, so I don't think I have any camber....

You bought the wrong size tires.

But on a serious note, how do you like the XXR wheels so far? At a half and sometimes 1/3 the cost of the wheels they are replicas of, they seem like a steal.

Suspension: second hand coil overs.

I need more rear camber as they scrub but will be done soon

I had xxr's on my old car. They are god's gift to ballers on a budget
