I will be running the Dunlop Z1s this season for HPDE and AX. I might go to a race tire. A lot of that depends on funds though.

Damn, that video looked real good... seemed very composed. This will be the exact setup I'll be putting on here shortly, and I can't wait to test them out at the AUTO-X. I love me some Bilsteins....

Thanks! Really was a smooth ride all around. I believe my first AX is at the end of this month. And then Winged Warrior in May!

I figured I would throw in my two cents, since I've gone for a few rides in the car, both on and off track. It does have a surprisingly good balance between smooth (daily driveable) and fantastic handling. On the track, despite the rain, the car was holding strong and able to hold lines very smoothly. I didn't notice any issue with the car losing traction over bumps/imperfections in the track. Seems like a great handling combo and I'm bummed that I can't get something similar for my car (at least the Bilstiens. Swift does make springs for my app)

Not really relevant but thought I'd ask anyways... What boost pressure were you pushing for this HPDE event at Grattan?

Cheers-

Thanks Joe!

20-21 psi - DataLogger and EvoScan puts that to 300whp/300wtq.

Grattan is my favorite track and it definitely works the suspension more than 90% of the flat tracks around the Midwest. I even drive 8 hours and go through Chicago to get there.

I love turn 12 flat out in 4th gear!

^ Autobahn is more of a horsepower track....its very wide and not very tricky.

Like you said ACC is flat and a tad faster. I didn't care for either ACC tracks on their own but the full track is fun to do every now and then. I still prefer Road America over Autobahn and Grattan over both.
