Help with front wheel well liner rubbing

Setup is P45r 18x9.5 +30 with 265/35 r18 with 15mm ichiba spacers. I get rubbing when doing a full turn. What do you guys reccommend or what have you guys done to resolve this problem?

1.) Remove liner.
2.) Cut where its rubbing.
3.) Let it rub its way through so you know where its rubbing and then go at it with scissors to trim it 3-4mm farther outwards.

If I was to remove the liner would there be anything that I wouldn't want exposed?

...a little more road noise? Less bumper rigidity? Me personally i'd wait till the tyres rub through and then snip a little to conform it to my liking.
