Bump old tread looking to get these exact rims but wanna know what i need? front and rear rolled, rear pulled do i need spacers?

20mm spacers up front but no fender work. i did about 2k miles on the setup and never rubbed once in the rear, but because i track the car i rolled just to be careful.

my car is using gtworx springs and 255's.

With 17x9.5 RPFs, 245/40/17s, and 20mm spacers up front I had rubbing issues, but only under autocross conditions and only with a passenger. After flipping the camber bolts to the max camber position and massaging the fender liner with a heat gun, I had no rubbing issues with that setup.

Definitely won't fit without 20mm (or 18.5mm if you like to cut it close) spacers up front.

i should have also mentioned im running 1.7 degrees camber up front due to a seized bolt and i believe 1.5 in the rear. still need to put more up front (2-2.1). i only rubbed in the front once when hitting a HUGE frost heave

So u guys are running 20mm spacer up front with a roll and the rears just a roll and pull?

I think with the +38 offset it's just 20mm spacer up front and roll in the rear to ensure no rubbing during hard driving/going over large bumps

Getting ready to put my 17x9.5 +18s on. Has a set of Hankook RS3s 255/40/17.

The guy I bought these from was running a very similar setup to mine (Swift w/MR Bilstein) and it fit with rolled rears and about 1.8-2.0 degrees in the rear.

I'm simply waiting to get the alignment done before I autox with them as I'm sure they will rub as it stands now. Good to see that people aren't having major issues with this setup.

The car these came off of did several track days at Thunder Hill with no issues...so I'm expecting it will be a turnkey setup. I already rolled and pulled the rear fenders, so the alignment should do it.

+18 in the rear will require fender neutering, well beyond just rolling.

Exactly. +18 in the rear is a non-starter. Don't even think about it unless you hate your fenders.

But the 17x9.5 +38mm with 20mm spacers up front is a very common setup. Plenty of people have made it work. It will probably rub just a tiny bit if you try to it with the stock alignment, but with even a modest amount of camber dialed in it fits.

i just put some 17x 9.5 +18 RPF1s on my IX with no spacers they looks fine car just needs to drop a little more
