Looking for offset to fit 315’s on 11” rim. Have modded lower control arms. Which offset tucks rims more under car?

Lets find out what the RS Motors guys ran (Andy S). He's running the WiseFab set up. It may be a +30 but will have to check around

10.5's are the highest Ive seen on a stock body. 11's is certainly over-fender territory!

Edit: Here is the thread where Andy notes the specs:

wheels used are an 18x10.5 +30 offset. no spacer in rear but fronts did use a 15 or 20mm spacer.

The rear was the hardest to make fit. with wisefab, you can actually adjust the rear track width. We had to move everything inwards as far as possible. The rear trailing arms are made for additional clearance vs the stock trailing arms. Also had to do some slight fender pulling but not much, but enough that you'll probably crack a little bit of paint.

anyone know what the thread pattern & length is of the 4 bolts that connect to the cross member brace under the car is? The one that crosses the downpipe. I may try to add a little clearance and get a longer bolt instead of going with stock

Hi Sam

Mitsubuishi part no. = MS240295 (item 32166B) (dont have the spec)

BTW, I have spaced mine down approx 5/8" using the stock bolts (might be wrong about the stock bolts. I may have used longer ones. Its was 10 years ago LOL)

There are so many choices. Really depends on your driving conditions etc.

Based on the specs of the RT2, why not consider the Federal EVO 595's (same type of summer tire)

Hmm... thank you!
You think Federal will be as good as Dunlop? Dunlop should be more comfortible tyre.

Once you see the price diff you may not care too much. I have 2 sets of them & for street driving they work well. The tire design is very stout & has a stiff side wall

Here they are before mounting. (important note: They run a size wide. i.e. 265 is really a 275)

I was looking to get a pair of konig hypergram for my evo 8. Still tossing it up between the 17x9 +25 or the 18x9.5 +25. I'd assume the 18's being that wide will probably poke out? Not real good with measuring the 9.5 wide wheels out. Im sure the 17x9 will probably fit fine. If anyone got any info on these that be great or pictures if you habe these wheels.

Well, the 9" wheel will fit a bit better just due to the 9" width. But even at 9" a tight rear fender roll will be needed. Depending on the rear camber setting, you may require a slight rear pull

The 9.5" will need the full compliment of rear fender work to fit correctly (w/out rub). Rear roll, fender pull & bumper bolt relocation

that's what inwas thinking. Inhad the 17x8.5 +30 rpf1 and i didnt have any issue in the rear figured a 9 wide and 5mm more wouldn't be that big of a change. I'm still on the fence which wheel to get a 17 or 18 some say the 18s fill the car out better not sure.

Do you have any shots on the side to see how flush it sits or slightly pokes?

well finally stopped raining and took some pics of the set up. To me this is the most functional set up I have ran on a CT9A.
Specs: 17x9.5 +28 TE37SL 265/40 Federal Evos. Measure out to 275s. Only rubbing is at full lock on the inner liner. Fenders rolled flat in rear. -2.2 F -2 R. Rear bolt not relocated.
