This is why I'm here. Can't find a PSRS, nor can it be easily serviced. I'm going to buy the Whiteline KCA400M. Spoke to Whiteline and it's not an official part for the Evo 8/9 because it needs to be shimmed/spaced to fit. Which follows what is in this thread. What size spacers did everyone use, and where did they place it? Between sub-frame and bushing (top)? Diam x Thickness?

Pick up some stainless washers at your hardware store. I think you'll get different opinions on whether to put the washers above or below because it will affect the antilift response slightly. I put mine below as this will very slightly improve the roll center.

My understanding was that shimming was to prevent subframe/control arms from rubbing/hitting? I suppose that my priority should be geometry (Roll center, Anti-Lift, etc) but I just want to move the wheel forward to fit bigger tires.

There have been varying reports on the control arm rubbing the frame or subframe with the KCA400M. I didn't have any issues.

Do you know how far offset they are? I didn't find any info that suggested the part was offset, just a direct replacement.

Excellent. Thanks for the link. I only found the DURO3739K which (as you noted in the description) is NOT offset

They do have an offset version. I have it in my hands. The offset is not quite as much as the Whiteline. Its probably 1/8" less.

Looked at my post, I was pretty unclear...

SuperPro DURO3741K = Offset
SuperPro DURO3739K = Stock
