UPDATE: So I put on longer bolts and spacers and also put some silicon on the bar incase it did rub. Lasted about 6 months and every now and then its doing it again. I was goign to put a piece of rubber around it but didnt want to do that.

Going to start looking to buy something to replace it... Recomendations?

I have the Gspec 4-point ladder bar and I still get rubbing with mine. If you were still looking at that option.

Might actually go with the Carbing 6 point... doing some more research first, plus I'm going to look again and see why it all of the sudden started making the noise in the first place. It was fine when it was installed 2 years ago then all of the suddent started doing it. Sometimes it goes away for a few weeks then comes back so I think something is moving around.

I got kartboy exhaust hangers and then to make sure the hangers don't stretch too much, I put hose clamps around the hangers to re-enforce the hangers. I also have spacers on the braces to provide more clearance for the down pipe.

I have had the exhaust setup like this for over 60k miles with no issues.
