Ride height adjustment on PSS9 coilovers?
Anyone have a copy of the manual or any word on how to adjust the ride height correctly on these coilovers? I need to raise the front of my car up a half to three quarters of an inch and I don't quite get how to do it. It was stupid easy with my old coilovers. I thought I was doing it right with these but I think I was just adjusting the helper spring preload.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

How does the thread look on the coilovers? If its super dirty it would have issues loosening up. I'd try cleaning it up and possibly hitting the rings with some wd40 or similar to loosen them up. Just make sure its all washed off before you set the final ride height.

is it just straight forward loosening the two rings ? change the top one to desired height then tighten with lower one ?
i read on some bmw forum that pss9s need trailing arm bolt removed first or something ?? as all i have done is removed the wheel and tried to get the two rings to loosen
.. but yes, my struts are dirty so i might give it a clean / wd40 see if it helps

Yeah it was fairly straight forward to do the adjustment. I want to say on the PSS9 you loosened both rings under the helper spring, rotate them upwards to increase ride height or down to decrease and then re-tighten and check your height. I was different from the Tein ones i had before where you loosened one ring at the bottom and then rotated the entire shock into the assembly.
