18x9 +20 XD-9s rubbing at full lock

I got a set of of 18x9 +20 Work emotion XD-9 and Im having some rubbing in the wheel well at full lock. Im running 245/40 Hankook RS-3s. They're probably more like a 255 or even a 265. Its most likely the tab in the fender well thats making contact. I was thinking of running spacers in the front anyway, would a 10mm spacer cure the rubbing issues? Any issues with running spacers that come with studs attached vice running extended studs?

+20 is a bad offset and making them +10 with spacers will only make it rub worse. you need to bend the tab out of the way.
