Thanks much for the offer. I managed to find a few at Grainger. Turns out that I haven't needed to use them. Through several judicious additional tightening steps, they are no longer leaking. Although all is ok for the moment with these lines, I have already picked up a complete set of Techna-Fit lines with custom length (longer) hose at the front. I will switch to these front and rear when I get a chance.
